Welcome to Afriella. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, mobile application, and ordering services. The platform is operated by Afriella Limited. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. User Accounts & Verification

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Afriella Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false contact details or participate in suspicious checkout activities.

2. Ordering & Payment Terms

• Payments: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Mobile Money. For Cash on Delivery, payment must be completed immediately upon physical package receipt and inspection.
• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Uganda Shillings (UGX) and exclude delivery fees, which are calculated separately at checkout based on shipping class (Standard, Medium, Bulky) and location zone.
• Refusals: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock availability, incorrect listings, or suspect/fraudulent profile activities.

3. Shipping & Return Deadlines

By completing an order, you agree to our 48-Hour Return Policy. Returns are strictly accepted only for faulty or damaged products. Inspection is expected immediately during delivery. Complaints must be logged within 24 hours of delivery.
