At Afriella, we offer delivery services calculated by exact GPS distance from Kampala Central Business District (CBD). Orders of UGX 150,000 or above within 13km of Kampala CBD qualify for Complimentary FREE Delivery!

Package Shipping Classes
To guarantee that large, heavy, or delicate items receive appropriate handling, we classify products into three distinct shipping tiers. A surcharge is applied at checkout based on the highest shipping class in your cart:
Standard Items
Clothing, watches, cosmetics, small electronics, and light accessories. No extra surcharge applied.
Medium Items
Vacuum cleaners, coffee makers, baby strollers, chairs, or moderately heavy equipment. Fits saloon cars or strapped boda racks.
Bulky & Cargo
Refrigerators, cookers, washing machines, beds, or treadmills. Requires specialized transport (pickup truck or delivery van).
Delivery Timeframes & Policies
- Standard Delivery (Within 4 Hours):
Standard orders placed before 4:00 PM are guaranteed for fulfillment and delivery within 4 hours. Orders placed past 4:00 PM will be fulfilled and delivered the next morning.
- ⚡ Express Priority Delivery (1 – 2 Hours):
For urgent orders, selecting ⚡ Express Priority (+UGX 4,000 surcharge) ensures fast dispatch with guaranteed delivery within 1 to 2 hours across Kampala and nearby suburbs.
- Upcountry Deliveries:
Upcountry deliveries take between 2 to 3 business days depending on transit schedules and regional drop-off centers.
- Self-Inspection & Collection:
All deliveries require self-inspection at the time of delivery. Please examine the packages thoroughly prior to signing off and final payment.
